A release date and addition information for Predator: Hunting Grounds was revealed during Sony’s latest State of Play episode.
Alongside a release date of April 24, it was revealed you can play as a lady Predator in Predator: Hunting Grounds.
The female Predator is shown in the latest video for the game, alongside the Yautja Bow weapon which can apparently “pin the enemy to walls” and other structures.
Another weapon shown in the trailer is the Smart Disc which can make multiple kills, and the Combistick is another weapon. In battle, it extends into a spear that can be used in both close and ranged combat.
The game will allow you to customize your Predator by choosing an armor design, and three different classes with their own strengths and weaknesses. These are Berserker, Hunter, and Scout.
Pre-orders are open from today, and if you drop the cash early, you will receive in-game bonus items inspired by the original movie. You can use the original Predator Skin and for Fireteam players, get early access to the Ole Painless mini-gun.
There’s also a Digital Deluxe Edition which will include in-game items like PlayStation-themed Predator and Fireteam skins and a digital copy of Predator: Hunters by Dark Horse Comics.
The game is coming to both PS4 on PC through the Epic Games Store.
